All embroidered items are custom made and non-returnable once ordered.
Stock items are returnable for MANUFACTURING DEFECT ONLY.
Size selection is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be altered once production has began.
Any artwork sent to us that is not pre-digitized are subject to artwork and digitizing fees that will be added to your invoice.
